The Ceibo Project

Maximizing Technological Innovation, Near-Term Production, Long-Life Reserves, and Strong Market Fundamentals

Opportunity

01

Strategic investment opportunity for “early movers” in the appraisal and development of a large-scale multi-million-ton potash project.

02

AP holds exclusive exploration rights covering 78,000 Ha in Mendoza & Neuquén provinces, directly adjacent to the newly reopened Potasio Río Colorado Mine.

03

AP's El Ceibo Project contains a concentrated "shovel-ready" ultra high grade resource.

04

Seismic, well log, and core data readily define a "world-class," in-situ resource. Thick, continuous sylvinite horizons (4-20 m), with consistent density and gamma response, provide excellent well correlation and cavern completion targets.

05

Primary objective is to significantly reduce the surface environmental footprint, facilities infrastructure, and water usage, making the El Ceibo Project highly competitive in terms of mine-gate cost.

Mineral Resource & Reserves in a Strategic Location

AP’s evaluation of well logs, core and seismic data compares favorably with previous studies by VALE S.A. within the Ceibo area. AP's NI 43-101 report records an inferred resource, estimated at 391 Mt of KCl. We believe this is a world-class deposit and ranks 2nd in size within South America, behind that of the adjacent PRC Mine.

Near-term Production Top Tier Asset

Independent and in-house proprietary studies coupled with the previous findings of mining giant VALE, give AP sufficient confidence in potash bed continuity, thickness, purity, and KCl/Kâ‚‚O% to readily define a world-class inferred resources at the Ceibo project site.

We believe our high quality dataset readily forms the basis for rapid appraisal and development drilling, and preliminary solution mine design work.

Technological Innovation

The past 15 years has seen a revolution in horizontal drilling and selective solution mining technology. Using real time geo-steering, todays horizontal well cavern doublets can be rapidly drilled and selectively produced over distances of several kilometers.

Near-Term Production, Long Life Reserves

The Neuquén Basin contains one of the world's largest potash resources, concentrated in two fairways covering the PRC Mine in Mendoza and the El Ceibo area in Neuquén. AP holds the exclusive exploration rights to the Ceibo fairway and will move rapidly to prove the resource to "mine status".

Growing
Market

South America uses over 30% of the world's potash production but currently produces less than 1% of global supply. Geopolitical tensions, coupled with strong market fundamentals and a long-term upward price forecast, support the development of a national Argentinian potash industry based in Mendoza and Neuquén.
